About Valor Landing

Independent living, community-style.

A private, supportive alternative to living alone — without a program, a case file, or an institution attached.

Each home is run by a live-in host, not rotating staff on shifts — think long-term host family more than a program with a caseload.

Meals happen around a shared table, chores are split among the household, and each home hosts 8–12 residents in a mix of shared and private rooms. The model is built on dignity and independence: residents come and go as they please and manage their own affairs. What we offer is stability and company — not supervision.

  • Not a care facilityWe are not licensed as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE), and we do not provide medical, custodial, or personal care services.
  • Not a shelterRooms are rented directly to residents and are not emergency shelter or clinical treatment beds.
  • Not corporateSmall by design — a household, not a facility.
